PT - Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p), & Night (11p-7a)

Job Summary:

Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Saint Cloud, Florida location. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, prioritizing their wellbeing and ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards in the health and rehabilitation center (skilled nursing home)

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility

• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents and report any changes in residents’ condition and status

• Assist in dining, including escorting residents to dining room, serving, and clean up

• Provide companionship and conversation

• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation

• Administer medication reminders

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years of age

• Florida CNA license.

• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect

• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

• Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation
