We are a trusted partner to more than 5,800 customers in over 50 countries, including more than 40 of the top 50 medical device companies and 9 of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies.Manage and grow a portfolio of small accounts (<$100K/year), acting as the main commercial contact and ensuring retention, responsiveness, and revenue growth.**Duties and Responsibilities**• Own and manage a portfolio of small accounts• Be main point of contact for all commercial topics (pricing, orders, issues, follow-ups)• Drive retention and identify upsell opportunities• Respond to inbound RFQs and new small account leads• Manage pricing within defined guidelines• Follow up on quotes to convert into orders• Coordinate internally with operations, CS and finance• Resolve customer issues and support after-sales when needed• Keep CRM updated (pipeline, opportunities, pricing)• Reactivate inactive or declining accounts• Support field sales by taking full ownership of transactional business**Success Metrics**• Revenue retention and growth• Quote conversion rate• Response time to customers• Pipeline visibility / CRM discipline**Experience and Skills Required*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience* 2–4 years in inside sales or account management* Experience managing multiple small value accounts* Strong communication* High organization and follow-up discipline* Commercial mindset (pricing, upsell)* Ability to manage high volume of accounts* Proactive and responsive Profile* Hands-on* Customer focused* Fast response / sense of urgency* Strong ownership mindset Structure**Pay & Benefits****Pay: $63,000–$95,000 annually**, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.Sotera Health offers a competitive benefits package that includes:* Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts* 401(k) program with Company match that immediately vests* Paid holidays, vacation and sick time* Free financial planning assistance* Paid parental leave* Education assistance* Voluntary benefits including Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity and Pet Insurance* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or protected veteran status.
