Line Worker

This role works in a high-volume production manufacturing environment, overseeing the production of plastic parts and ensuring orders run accurately and efficiently. You will monitor machinery, track and document order information, and maintain organized, safe, and high-quality output on the production line.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of plastic parts on extrusion and related manufacturing lines.
• Legibly write and record order information, including tracking what is running and what has been completed.
• Pull part tickets as needed to support current and completed production runs.
• Monitor machinery during operation to ensure consistent performance and product quality.
• Keep parts organized throughout the production process to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Stack and palletize parts safely and accurately for storage or shipment.
• Use rulers, tape measures, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure products meet specifications.
• Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted throughout the shift.
• Walk up and down short flights of stairs (approximately three steps) to load hoppers and support production needs.
• Perform quality checks on parts hourly or as needed, documenting findings and addressing issues promptly.
• Assist with line setup, cleaning, and general production tasks to keep the work area safe and organized.
• Operate or assist with machine operation, extrusion lines, and fabrication equipment as assigned.
• Use hand and power tools as needed to support assembly, line production, and general labor tasks.
• Support warehouse packing, packaging, and line production activities as required.
• Work independently or as part of a team, staying on task and maintaining productivity throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterville, OH.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Waterville,OH.
