Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (5x8s) | 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment | No Weekend or Holiday Requirements | No On-Call Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical, fast-paced care for patients undergoing diagnostic and minimally invasive interventional cardiac catheterization and peripheral vascular procedures
• Review patient medical history and allergies, provide patient education regarding procedures, and administer conscious sedation medications
• Assist cardiologists during diagnostic cases and interventional procedures including cardioversions and transesophageal echocardiograms
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage moderate to deep sedation, administer critical medications, and continuously monitor hemodynamics
• Perform circulating and documentation duties throughout all procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Cath Lab circulating and documenting experience required
• Active RN license — Virginia or Compact State license required
• Current ACLS certification (AHA) required
• Current BLS certification (AHA only) required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrubbing experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting preferred
• Experience with cardiac and peripheral vascular patient populations preferred
