Dental Hygienist – Redwood Dental of Commerce ($3,000 Signing Bonus) Dr. Ghotra loves the art of dentistry and is passionate about helping people achieve their smile goals. His team in Commerce is growing and he is looking to add a dental hygienist superstar to their dental family! Key Responsibilities: Conducting dental hygiene assessments and examinations Performing dental cleanings and scaling procedures Administering fluoride treatments and applying dental sealants Taking dental x-rays and assisting dentists during procedures Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Requirements: Current Michigan RDH license Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide certification Minimum 1 year of clinical experience What we are looking for: A hygienist who is confident in their skills and abilities Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain periodontal disease and oral health to patients Someone who can maximize appointment time while delivering thorough, high‑quality care Comfort in educating patients and presenting findings to the doctor A professional who can help build a productive hygiene schedule while ensuring patients receive the care they need Schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1 hour lunch) Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour lunch) Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch) Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1 hour lunch) Every Other Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Incentives & Benefits: $3,000 Signing Bonus Tuition Reimbursements – Up to $10,000 Holiday Pay Continuing Education (CE) Reimbursement Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Compensation: $50/hour If you're passionate about working with people and have previous hygiene experience, please consider joining our team! #J-18808-Ljbffr Redwood Dental
