ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to be building a brand-new agency with a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in corporate State Farm, served in ministry, and worked as a State Farm team member. Those experiences shaped my passion for serving others, developing people, and building meaningful relationships. I'm also the proud father of four young children, and when I'm not at the office, you'll usually find me enjoying cars and the automotive community.

Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I stay active with local schools, participate in and sponsor Cars & Coffee Texas events, and enjoy connecting with people through community activities and outreach.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Bobby Hudson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Must be driven and comfortable with sales.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
