Property Management Specialist

Position Summary This position is not eligible for sponsorship and Paycom is unable to support an optional or curricular practical training (OPT/CPT) program. Paycom is interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. As Paycom continues to grow our offices nationwide, we will be adding a Property Management professional to our corporate office. The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of office operations, along with site selection and lease coordination for existing and new locations. Responsibilities Develops and maintains positive relationships with all vendors Coordinates, oversees, and manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors performing building maintenance and janitorial work Responsible for facilities inspections and reports Manages all office moves, adds and change activities Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services and labor for projects Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures Travel to review and recommend new offices as needed Coordinate new office openings Works with local brokers to negotiate all associated costs and manage deadlines Manages lease renewals and oversees all lease dates Minimum Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 1+ year of experience with property management Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience with property management Lease negotiation Ability to travel up to 50% Strong ability to manage multiple projects Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
