Occasionally assist with inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions, ensuring seamless care throughout the treatment journey.
Ensure meticulous and timely documentation that adheres to state and federal regulations and organizational policies.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in your field through education and collaboration with peers.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have not achieved ASHA certification yet.
Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.
Expertise in evidence-based practices for all age groups, coupled with a robust knowledge of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team.
Ability to tailor therapy methods to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in electronic medical recordkeeping and documentation requirements.
Attractive compensation reflecting your expertise and experience.
Flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work-life balance and diverse caseloads.
