We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team and ensure our store operates smoothly. Duties and Responsibilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff members. Enthusiasm for Japanese POP culture Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it opens and closes on time. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Learn how to operate all the machines. Technical ability to execute simple repairs when needed Restock and maintain machines to ensure they’re in optimal working condition. Manage a team of 6-8 employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed. Develop and manage the store schedule. Provide monthly reports on store performance and inventory. Work to meet or exceed all goals set by the company Maintain a clean and safe store environment in compliance with state and company health and safety regulations Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Effectively communicate store updates, concerns, and progress with management Other projects and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent At least 3 years of proven experience in a store managerial role, preferably in retail or entertainment. High energy with a passion for customer service. Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
