\nHow you’ll make an impact in this role \n

\n
• \n

  Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care across multiple units, adapting quickly to diverse patient populations and clinical environments.

\n
• \n

  Implement and monitor individualized care plans, accurately documenting and communicating patient status to support safe, effective care.

\n
• \n

  Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and address unit-specific needs.

\nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need \n

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

\n

\n
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
\n
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
\n
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
\n

Education:

\n
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
\n

\n
\nWhat additional preferences we're seeking \n

• One year RN acute care experience
\n
