Schedule

5 x 8, 40 hours per week, with holiday coverage required.

Assignment Details

Local candidates accepted with a $5/hour lower local rate.

Requirements

• Active C.N.A license in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including feeding, bathing, and personal care.
• Monitor and promptly record vital signs and resident intake and output.
• Report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Support residents' rights and needs while demonstrating effective listening skills.
• Provide additional care as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist with the orientation of patients and families to the unit and facility.
• Duties performed in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
