Sign-on Bonus:
- $1500 for Apprentice Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
- $3000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
- $5000 for Master Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

Responsibilities
Your Role as a Residential HVAC Technician
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Deliver exceptional HVAC service and customer satisfaction
- Work with professional tools and a supportive leadership team
This is a full-time, year round HVAC Service position with consistent work and high earning potential.
Qualifications
What You Need:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
