This position collaborates with HR leadership and team members to ensure the department's smooth operation, compliance with company policies, and a positive employee experience. Why Work with Us? What You'll Do: We're looking for an HR specialist to support our team across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR questions and help keep our records accurate and compliant. What We're Looking For: Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree in human resources, business, or a closely related field. Three years of related experience is strongly preferred; OR any combination of education and/or experience related to the summary of duties totaling five years. Technical Skills: Experience using an HRIS system is strongly preferred. Strong skills with Google Suite. Communication & Organizational Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills.
