Senior Director of Quality Assurance

Leading the strategy and organization of quality assurance for a multi-product SaaS platform, the full-time Senior Director of Quality Assurance will build and manage a globally distributed QA team, focusing on enhancing quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Key responsibilities Define and own the enterprise QA strategy and multi-year quality roadmap across the product suite Build, lead, mentor, and scale a globally distributed QA organization across manual, automation, and performance testing Establish the test automation strategy and standards, ensuring coverage, stability, and maintainability across product domains Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience 10-15 years of experience in software quality engineering with a track record in senior QA leadership roles Demonstrated experience leading QA teams across a large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platform Deep understanding of modern test automation tools and performance testing practices Experience integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines with sophisticated pass/fail logic
