Practice Details:

• Conventional Family Medicine practice
• Patient population includes pediatrics through geriatrics
• Average daily patient census: 18?22
• Join a collaborative team including one Nurse Practitioner
• Opportunities for clinical teaching and supervision of Family Medicine residents from St. Joseph Health System
• Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services
• May be required to maintain active medical staff membership at SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply

Procedures Performed:

• Chronic disease management
• Dressing changes
• Sutures
• Biopsies
• Pap smears
• Joint injection/aspiration
• Skin tag and mole removal

Certifications Required:

• ACLS
• BLS
• DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
• Board Certification in Family Medicine

• EMR in Use: Epic
• Visa Candidates: Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
• Locums: Not accepting locums candidates
• Willing to License: No ? active Indiana license required
