Machine Operator/Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift | $16.50-$18.00/hr + $2/hr Attendance Bonus | Wayland, MI

What You'll Do:

Load and unload metal parts into production machines
Use hand tools to assemble products
Operate machines safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Overtime: 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Overtime: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay & Benefits:

1st Shift: $16.50/hour + $2/hour attendance bonus
2nd Shift: $18.00/hour + $2/hour attendance bonus
Weekly paychecks
Overtime opportunities available every week

Requirements:

At least 6 months of machine operator or assembly experience
At least 6 months experience using hand tools
Ability to work safely, follow instructions, and hit production goals
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills
