Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour (contract till the end of year)
Shift: 1st
What's a typical day as an Enrollment Specialist? You'll be:

• Enrolling plan members into appropriate programs by making outbound and receiving inbound calls
• Performing a variety of operational support activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Interfacing with providers, members, and internal teams to resolve questions and support processes
• Running reports, preparing correspondence, and updating procedures and manuals as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make sound decisions
• Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of specialty customer service experience, OR 2 years of college coursework (48+ credit hours) with at least 1 year of specialty customer service experience, OR a Bachelor's degree
• Can successfully pass the company's Customer Service Assessment
