Imaging Specialist

Summary The Imaging Specialist position requires comprehensive computer knowledge and experience to perform the various technical tasks. This position is vital to the overall success of WEI and its customers. You will be part of our hands-on team imaging devices, troubleshooting system errors, replacing failed components, performing end-to-end device provisioning and other related tasks. Primary Responsibilities Ensure accurate imaging of devices per customer build sheet at scale Hands-on technical imaging, reimaging and deploying systems and appropriate peripherals Triage and repair device tech support issues; including documentation Properly log tickets with vendors such as Lenovo, Dell & Client for warranty repairs Manage relevant inventory Assist with creating and maintaining all policies, procedures and best practices General skills & competencies: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Exquisite attention to detail and accuracy Customer service oriented and ability to work with and resolve complex issues Ability to plan and arrange activities Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Ability to multi-task Ability to manage conflict Capacity to work effectively under pressure Analytical thinking Establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organization Imaging Specialist Experience Requirements Candidates should have experience working with PCs, desktops, workstations, laptops, client servers and associated peripherals Industry recognized certifications such as A+, Network + or MCSE are preferred Imaging Specialist Physical Requirements The physical requirements of this position require ability to walk; sit, stand, use hands; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. Additional physical requirements may require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds (PCs, laptops, workstations, and related test and provisioning equipment).
