Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
- Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
- Handle cash and card transactions with integrity and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
- Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
- Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership

Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not requiredwe'll train you!
