Municipal HR Director: Strategic People Leader
Westerly, Rhode Island
The Town of Westerly is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR functions, including classification, compensation, talent acquisition, benefits, HRIS, employee and labor relations, and training. You will advise Town leadership, guide policy, and supervise staff in a collaborative municipal environment.
