Senior Building Engineer- Direct Hire

Direct-hire opportunity to become a Senior Building Engineer for a leading commercial property management firm in the Triangle!

The Senior Building Engineer has a working knowledge of building automation systems but is exceptionally strong with electrical systems in commercial buildings. What You’ll Do:

As the Senior Building Engineer, you will provide world-class support and services to the tenants of a commercial campus in the Raleigh area. The Senior Building Engineer will oversee all maintenance-related functions of the property and support preventative maintenance programs for facility systems. The Senior Building Engineer will also be responsible for overseeing vendor management and monitoring systems through BMS platforms and smart building tools.
