Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You’ve earned your Class A CDL. We are recruiting recent CDL school graduates in the Syracuse, NY area to join our expanding Eastern regional fleet. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want hands-on mentoring, to build confidence on the road, and to begin earning quickly.
- $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
- Paid weekly (every Friday)
- Paid training for one full month

What the job looks like:
- Predictable regional routes based out of Syracuse, NY, operating across Upstate New York and the Eastern region
- Approximately 3,000 miles per week
- No-touch dry van freight
- Most loads are drop-and-hook
- Brand-new automatic tractors, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
- No slip seating
- 24/7 dispatch support
Home time options
- Flexible schedules to support work–life balance
- Home weekly
- Home every other week
Training program
- Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction qualify for the paid training program
- Assigned mentor during training
- Emphasis on safety and practical experience to prepare drivers for independent operation
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
- Availability to start as soon as possible
