Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality pizza and food items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to take orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash with precision.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu options, and upselling items to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food handling duties including baking, topping assembly, and packaging to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Support team members in bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing the overall flow of the restaurant during busy hours.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a quick service environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.
