Medical Services Director (Part Time, $35-50/hour)

Warrenton Pregnancy Center (WPC), established in 2017, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate support, information, and resources to individuals and families facing unplanned pregnancies. Our team of staff and volunteers fosters a welcoming environment where women can explore their options with confidence and care. WPC offers services such as pregnancy tests, options counseling, limited ultrasounds, material goods, education, and emotional support to empower women in making life-affirming choices. Located in Warrenton, VA, we are committed to standing alongside women emotionally, physically, and spiritually throughout their journey.

Role Description

Working closely with the Executive Director and Client Services Director, the Medical Services Director will provide prenatal care, STD/STI testing and treatment, and medical-grade pregnancy testing. The successful candidate will also educate clients about pregnancy and fetal development, offer medically accurate options counseling, maintain medical records, and ensure adherence to the Center’s medical policies and procedures.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong commitment to client confidentiality, and a desire to serve women and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

The ideal candidate is a mature Christian who embraces the mission of the Warrenton Pregnancy Center, works well in a collaborative team environment, and demonstrates flexibility, initiative, and strong organizational skills. Experience in women’s health, prenatal care, or pregnancy center ministry is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in a healthcare environment
• Proven capability in training and supervising medical staff
• Ability to adhere to professional medical standards and maintain client confidentiality
• Licensed medical professional (e.g., MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Physician Assistant, Physician Assistant-Certified, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
