Development and Grants Associate

Job Title: Development and Grants Associate Reports To: VP, Development Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary Range: 60k-65k Objective of Role: Support GOSO’s Development department Job Responsibilities Process and track all donations and grants in donor databases (Salesforce and Classy) Prepare acknowledgement letters and other related correspondences Analyze donation data and prepare regular reports for Director of Development and VP, Development Prepare Development/Finance reconciliation reports Coordinate production of development department mailings Import and maintain historical, current, and prospective donor information in donor database with an eye toward optimal data integrity Under the supervision of the VP, Development and Director of Development , draft grant applications, proposals, and reports for private funders and government contractors.
