Learning and Development Manager

Overview We are seeking an Enterprise Learning Architecture Consultant to design and deliver a scalable, repeatable system for leader development focused on adaptive AI leadership capabilities. This role is centred on building an enterprise learning architecture that connects skills, behaviours, learning experiences, workflows, reinforcement mechanisms, and measurement frameworks—driving measurable behaviour change directly within the flow of work. This is not a content development role. The primary outcome is a sustainable learning system that can be scaled across the organisation and integrated with existing leadership programmes. Responsibilities Develop adaptive AI leadership personas aligned to workforce priorities and leadership segments Ensure personas reflect real-world work environments and can scale without major redesign Design an integrated learning-to-work architecture connecting: Leadership skills and behaviours Learning experiences and workflow use cases Executive reinforcement mechanisms Measurement and business outcomes Align learning architecture with enterprise learning platforms (e.g., LMS, collaboration tools, and talent systems) Partner with business and enablement teams to identify key workflow use cases and required capabilities Translate workflow needs into scalable learning pathways for leadership teams Create repeatable learning pathway templates incorporating: AI leadership skills and behaviours Learning activities and workflow applications Manager reinforcement and measurable checkpoints Develop a practical measurement framework focused on: AI skill adoption Behavioural change Workplace application Business impact Collaborate with analytics and leadership teams to align with existing measurement approaches Validate frameworks with senior stakeholders and refine based on feedback Define an enterprise roadmap for scaling and adoption Required Qualifications Proven experience designing enterprise learning systems that drive measurable behaviour change Experience supporting large-scale organisational transformation initiatives Strong ability to connect learning strategies to real-world workflows and business outcomes Demonstrated consulting and stakeholder management expertise Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority Strong systems thinking and strategic learning architecture capabilities Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on simplicity and scalability Experience working in complex, ambiguous environments Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI-enabled learning or leadership development initiatives Familiarity with enterprise learning platforms, collaboration tools, and talent ecosystems Background in change leadership and cross-functional programme delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr
