Overview:
Our practice near Monterey is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to provide full-scope outpatient care in urgent care and occupational medicine. This role offers independent, solo-provider responsibility across a broad range of acute and occupational conditions.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Competitive compensation: $150 000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring urgent care and occupational medicine services
• Manage eye injuries, orthopedic injuries, and other acute conditions
• Perform suturing, joint injections, and other minor procedures
• Conduct occupational health evaluations, including DOT-related services
• Develop treatment plans and accurately document patient encounters
• Provide independent, full-scope outpatient clinical care
• Manage routine sick visits and standard urgent care cases

Qualifications:

• Active, current Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in California
• Willingness to obtain DOT certification
• Experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or outpatient care preferred
• Ability to work independently as a solo provider
