Job Description The Network Administrator is responsible for administering and supporting the company’s core IT infrastructure. This includes VMware-based virtualization, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Azure infrastructure, and backup and disaster recovery systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities System monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting Backup and replication oversight using Veeam Coordination with managed service providers for SD-WAN and firewall platforms Serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues Supporting documentation, audit activities, and infrastructure improvements in coordination with IT leadership Minimum Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be substituted for formal education Experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory in an enterprise environment Experience supporting VMware based virtualization and Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID and Azure Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam preferred), Windows patching using WSUS, and core networking concepts Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are required Benefits Vanir offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package that includes 401(k) Savings with employer matching contributions, medical, dental, vision, health savings account (HSA) with employer contributions, life, AD&D and disability benefits, flexible spending account (FSA), voluntary benefits, Teladoc, pet insurance, paid time off, national employee assistance program (EAP) and employee referral program.
