To support customer-facing digital experiences within the Claims organization, the contract Digital Content Writer will develop clear, engaging content for digital communication templates and website experiences while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Write and develop content for Claims digital experiences, including member-facing website content and digital communication templates Create clear, concise, customer-focused messaging that simplifies complex insurance and claims information Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align on content experience updates Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional content writing, copywriting, UX writing, or related experience Demonstrated experience writing for customer- or member-facing digital experiences Strong project management and time-management skills Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Ability to adjust tone and messaging for different audiences and communication channels Virtual Vocations Inc
