Paramount Home Health Care is seeking a caring, experienced, and dependable female caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a wonderful woman living at home  in Sarasota.This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver looking for a stable, full-time position where they can make a meaningful impact while building a long-term relationship with both the client and her family.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Additional weekend hours may become available in the future.

️ Caregiver Responsibilities

The caregiver will provide full assistance with daily personal care, including:

• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Feeding assistance (all meals are prepared and pureed by the client's mother)
• Oral hygiene and personal care
• Brief changes and incontinence care
• Mobility assistance and comfort support
• Companionship, engagement, and positive interaction throughout the day

Qualifications

• Female caregiver required for this case
• Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, respectful, and committed to providing quality care
• Interested in building a long-term caregiving relationship
