Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become a part of our Eastwick Primary Care team, situated in the Eastwick area of Southwest Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

About the Role

The chosen candidate will collaborate with a team of five seasoned physicians and one Nurse Practitioner. This position offers a traditional outpatient practice environment, focusing on comprehensive family care without the need for rounding or nursing home visits.

Schedule

• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a patient load of 15-20 individuals per day
• Utilize ACO clinical wraparound support services
• Facilitate in-network specialist referrals
• Employ EPIC EMR for patient records
• Conduct point-of-care lab tests on-site

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania
• Current DEA registration
