At our beem Light Sauna Briargate, were building a space where people can recharge their bodies and mindsand were looking for a passionate, wellness-driven Sales Associate to help grow our community. Whether its welcoming a new guest or following up with a prospect, you bring warmth, energy, and a genuine desire to help others feel their best. You're comfortable having real conversations that lead to action—without pressure, just purpose. You're persistent, personable, and passionate about wellness. Your goal? Help more people discover the benefits of infrared therapy and commit to consistent self-care. Responsibilities Drive Membership Growth: Make 50+ outbound calls per day to leads, former clients, and prospects to introduce them to Beems offerings and convert them into members. Lead Studio Tours & Conversions: Greet walk-ins, deliver a warm and informative first impression, and guide visitors toward the right membership for their goals. Build Community: Get to know our members. Engage before and after sessions, support in-studio events, and help create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Handle Objections with Care: Navigate questions around time, pricing, or uncertainty with empathy—connecting prospects back to their wellness goals. Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with the studio manager and wellness team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
