Nursing Assistant (NA) - Long-Term Care & Rehab NAs START OUT AT $13.75 then pay is based on Experience We are currently accepting applications for Nursing Assistants (NAs) within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to providing quality care, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude. Candidates must enjoy working closely with our residents and their families to create a compassionate and supportive environment. We are a subsidiary of Crowne Health Care, an Alabama-based system of family-owned nursing facilities. - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- CNA certification preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for working with elderly residents
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care in accordance with each resident's plan of care
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
