Schedule:

• Per diem, 24–35 hours per week
• Pharmacy hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmacist coverage and clinical oversight of pharmacy operations
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily tasks
• Review and verify prescriptions, ensuring accurate medication selection and dosing
• Conduct patient assessments, consultations, and refill evaluations as needed
• Ensure full compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards
• Participate in quality assurance activities and pharmacy audits
• Support daily operations while adapting to changing priorities efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Tennessee
• Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities
• Basic proficiency with pharmacy technology systems, particularly CareTend, and Microsoft Office
• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or hospital pharmacy settings
