Job Description

Sunwest Services Inc. in Lakewood, CO is hiring an experienced Construction Technician to perform commercial remodels and repair work for commercial properties. This position requires a skilled individual with experience in construction, pipework, and soldering. Travel is required, as many projects are located throughout Colorado and occasionally in other states.

Responsibilities:

Perform commercial remodels, repairs, and tenant improvements.
Complete plumbing and pipe work, including copper pipe soldering.
Read work orders and complete projects safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and professional job site.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or a related field
Experience with plumbing, pipe installation, and soldering copper pipe is required.
Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and out-of-state projects.
Willingness to work extended hours when projects require it.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
