Tax Accountant

What You'll Do: Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations Conduct detailed tax research on issues such as estate planning, securities law, and regulatory reporting Collaborate with team members on complex tax issues Supervise and mentor junior staff (Supervisor/Manager level) Manage client relationships and supporting firm growth (Manager level) What We're Looking For: CPA, CPA candidate or EA with at least 2 to 20 years of recent and hands-on public accounting experience Strong understanding of tax compliance across multiple entity types, including trusts and estates In-depth knowledge of tax concepts including debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, GAAP standards, and regulatory frameworks Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with CCH ProSystems fx is a plus A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow with the firm Why Join Us?
