Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Wireman to join our team in Shreveport, LA, 71109. As a Wireman, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring systems. Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts.
Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify issues.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and recommendations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
Valid electrician's license or certification in the state of Louisiana.
Proven experience as a Wireman or in a similar electrical role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
