Summer Floater Position – Join Our Team at the The Goddard School! The The Goddard School is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and caring Summer Floater to join our team for the summer season! Position Details Dates: July 1, 2026 – August 28, 2026 Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Montville, NJ Position Type: Seasonal / Summer Employment Age Groups You’ll Support Infants (6 weeks old) Toddlers Preschool Pre‑Kindergarten Responsibilities Include Assisting lead teachers in classrooms as needed Supporting daily activities, play, and learning experiences Helping maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment Supervising children during indoor and outdoor play Assisting with classroom transitions, snacks, and daily routines Providing extra support throughout the school wherever needed We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable and punctual Energetic and positive Comfortable working with children of all ages A team player who can adapt easily throughout the day Previous childcare or babysitting experience is a plus (but not required) At The Goddard School, we create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for both our students and our staff.
