Job Title: Brand Ambassador / Lead Generator

Location: Local Home Depot store around Concord
- -Engage homeowners inside Home Depot and turn conversations into qualified leads
- -Build relationships with Home Depot associates to create a steady flow of referrals
- -Set up and run in-store events that generate consistent lead volume
- -Represent Better Bath at home shows and local events, competing for attention and winning it
- -Track your performance and push to beat your numbers every week
- People who are comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
- Sales-minded individuals who know how to guide a conversation toward action
- Self-starters who don’t need to be micromanaged
- Competitive personalities who want to be at the top of the leaderboard
- Weekend availability (this is when the money is made)
