Physical Therapist Location: Waynesboro, VA Shifts: Mon - Fri Settings: Outpatient Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic team in Waynesboro, VA. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, hands-on care to a diverse patient population while working in a collaborative, clinician-focused environment. This position offers flexibility, strong earning potential, and opportunities for professional growth.

- Provide personalized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 patient visits per week (10-12 patients per day)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in continuous learning, mentorship, and clinical development activities
- Build strong patient relationships and promote a positive care experience
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, compassionate care
- New graduates are welcome for permanent positions
- Minimum 1 year of experience required for travel roles
