Python Engineer Senior

Responsibilities Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software systems using Python. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features and enhancements. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices are followed. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to enhance application efficiency and reliability. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software components and systems. Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex software systems. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience with cloud services and distributed systems is highly desirable. Solid knowledge of version control systems, such as Git. Nice-to-Haves Master’s degree in a relevant field. Experience with machine learning frameworks and data analysis tools. Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Contribution to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
