Job Description System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our team with a professional, driven Construction Project Manager. In this position, you’ll manage the project installations and act as the point of contact for our homeowners. By working with System Pavers, you’ll be provided with the necessary training and support from our wonderful team and enjoy a robust support system based on our three decades of experience. If you’re focused on building a stable foundation with a company that has a proven track record for success, then you’ve found the right opportunity! Job Responsibilities: Manage multiple jobs sites. Manage multiple crews. Crew recruitment. Main point of contact with homeowners during installation. Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied. Daily updates upon job site inspections. Change orders and “up selling”. Experience& Skills: 2 years hospitality experience Comfortable with basic geometry and math Experience managing multiple projects & clients at once Strong organizational skills Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews ok. Possess excellent communication skills. Must be customer service oriented. Positive “can do” attitude is critical. Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines. A background check will be conducted for this position.
