Urology Opportunity in West Texas Regional Hub | Choose Your Practice Model, 710K+ Base

Join a thriving hospital-employed practice in a high-demand West Texas community, with your choice of practice model, top-tier compensation, and robust procedural support.

Choose Your Model

Outpatient Only

• 710K base salary plus wRVU production, with earning potential of 1M+
• Monday-Friday: 4 clinic days and 1 OR day
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• About 30 patients per day in clinic, plus 3-5 procedures on OR day

Uro Hospitalist

• 730K base salary plus wRVU production
• 7 days on, 7 days off
• 7-10 hospital consults per day, plus 3-5 procedures per day and clinic follow-ups

Both Models Include

• 100K sign-on bonus
• Full general and robotic capabilities, including Olympus, Siemens Uroskop Omnia Max, and Lumenis VersaPulse laser
• 24/7 IR coverage
