Now hiring Forklift Operator Location Newville, PA Pay Rate: $18.50 $19.50 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday Friday | 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Respect the Ride. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of forklift operator (FLO) experience required Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and recordkeeping Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and production schedules Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties: Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and storage locations Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas Pull, stage, and distribute materials based on work orders and production schedules Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, and designated storage locations Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipping or production use Open containers, inspect materials, and verify quantities received and distributed Mark materials with identifying information and maintain inventory accuracy Enter and update inventory records in the computer system Weigh, count, and verify materials to ensure compliance with company standards Prepare parcels and shipments for mailing and distribution Support general warehouse operations and maintain a clean work environment
