West Mechanical has proudly served the greater Bellingham area for over 40 years. We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will answer calls, schedule service, address customer concerns, and deliver exceptional support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30am to 5 pm

What We're Looking for:

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or scheduling experience
• Experience in the home services or trade industry is preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and multi-line phone systems
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
