What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a high performing team through coaching, training, and support
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members
• Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, inventory control, and store presentation
• Manage store financial performance, control expenses, and drive profitability
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain food safety, safety, cleanliness, and company standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team focused work environment
• Lead by example and help your team succeed every day

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
• High school diploma or GED required
• Retail management experience is preferred
