These positions work 4 On 4 Off Overnights from either 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, or 4 On 4 Off Days from either 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Why Grain Millers?

Our flagship U.S. mill in St. Ansgar, Iowa is growing! Due to internal promotions, facility expansion, and team movement, we are anticipating multiple night and day shift operator and assistant operator positions coming available.

• Operator Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor computer-based systems and PLC controls to manage equipment.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot issues to maintain production efficiency.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure products meet customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production records and follow strict food safety standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with state-of-the-art technology .
  Assistant Operator Responsibilities
  • Support Operators in daily tasks and learn the role for future advancement.
  • Perform sampling and periodic machine checks to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Assist with material handling and equipment setup .
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and meet production goals.
