Qualifications:

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or equivalent certification required
• State licensure/registration as applicable
• Minimum one year recent Cath Lab Tech experience, preferably in a high-acuity setting
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong understanding of interventional imaging procedures and sterile technique
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring optimal imaging quality
• Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety
• Monitor and document patient responses and procedural outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
