Accounting Analyst | Power Cogeneration Plant Company (PCPC) The Tone: This is a full-time role at Power Cogeneration Plant Company (PCPC). PCPC operates power cogeneration plants, focused on energy production and sustainability. As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial information and preparing comprehensive reports. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records, tracking assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and tax obligations, directly supporting the organization’s financial integrity. The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person Mission: Owns the analysis of financial information and preparation of reports to maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities. Tech Stack: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamic), IFRS/SOCPA Standard What You'll Actually Do Month-End Closing: Actively participate in assigned accounting and month-end closing processes under IFRS/SOCPA Standard. Financial Analysis: Perform month-end closings, general ledger account analysis, and Balance Sheet account reconciliations, and prepare internal controls. Reporting: Provide daily and monthly reports as assigned by the CFO. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain continuous contact with vendors and customers regarding invoice payments and receipts. Process Support: Assist with the resolution of any issues that could impact the timely month-end closing. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor's degree in accounting; Entry-Level career. Experience: 0-2 years relevant experience. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
