Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Location: Wilson, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med Surg department. The successful candidate will provide essential nursing care to adult and geriatric patients while adhering to best practices and protocols.

Responsibilities

Manage and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
Participate in patient education and support efforts.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Active RN license.
BLS certification.
Meditech experience is preferred.
